Fixed Peelout from showing up when super. (It was literally a line of code)

Side Note: Thank you for over 10,000 views and almost 5,000 downloads, I wasn't expecting this small mod to get as big as it did. And yet, it passed every one of my expectations.

Hello again! This one is a tiny update, but a worthy one nonetheless.

Spoiler: Changelog

• Updated the paper peelout to the latest version.
• Mach 3 and Mach 4 sounds now play in the air. (Like in pizza tower.)
• Added a setting to all the packs that remove the top speed for the dashmode.

I accidentally put two of the same Peelout and dashmode. That is now fixed.

I forgot to delete some code in the Peppino Dashmode when I was experimenting with it. Sorry to anyone who used it before.

For the Peelout and Dashmode, I just added a function that helps it not glitch out when you die.

• Changed the default override speed due to sonic's thok instantly activating dashmode.
• Added more comments to the original file explaining what things do.
• Added a new version of the dashmode directly from Pizza Tower! (Original Afterimage Creator Here!)

NOTE: The Pizza Tower dashmode sounds can transition weird sometimes, I don't know how to fix it. If you do know how to fix it or already fixed it please just yell at me so I can fix it.
