Croagunk's Character Pack (V4.0: Poll Winners Update 2) 4.0

The poll winners are now available!
This will also be my last update to the character pack for now, but I might come back at some point.

Hello again all! It's finally here, the Teaser Update.
First thing's first, I went through and re-did all of the shading again to make it softer.
Four characters were added:
"Moon" - Clefairy
"Plum" - Globox
"Dream" - Casko-Chan
"Rock" - Mike
Two echoes were also added: Fishing Croagunk and MC Ballyhoo.
Second Color support was added for Joe Chin and MissingNo. Additionally; Clefairy, Globox, Casko, and Ballyhoo also have second color support.

It is finally here, the poll winners have joined kart!
Will I do another character poll? Maybe.
Will there be a V3.5? Yeah, but I'm probably not gonna start those till April anyway.
As always, let me know if anything needs to be fixed and I will get to that as soon as I can.

Hello everyone! It's been a while since the last update! This is a pretty large update that affects everyone in the pack!

As you can see, everyone's shading has been redone. Their sounds have also been amped.

These five are the characters that I believe to have received the biggest glow-up. I also started using extra templates (Mr. Blobby uses the egg kart, and both he and Crazy Dave use the asymmetric template.)

As usual, we've got another wave of characters joining, plus one requested character and one echo.
