* Instant-Killified the entire wall facing the exit of the pipe - so that any unfortunate souls who get launched will at least get a little mercy - see gif

Unfortunately with a heavy heart I needed to close off the top of the pipe. I found a way to severely exploit it, and not much can be done about it except block it off. The pipe is still accessible thru non-competitive gameplay though. In my limited experience not many people took the intended route on the top anyway so.. yeah.

A few other updates:
* Squashed a gbj that theoretically shouldn't exist
* Removed the "pipecut"
* Solidified a few midtextures
* Fixed a midtexture ground misalignment
* Added a few snarky messages if you attempt to do an unintended cut
* Fixed a critical conflict with Dig Pack

In a moment of serendipity, it was META knight that conflicted with an object in META Junglira. Heh
