Arle.PNG V3 Or something

Not a big update, But I finished the walking, spring jumping, and falling animations.
Also, Custom music for invuln, shoes, act clearing, and specifically Metal's boss music.

Yes, This is that 3rd mod I'm updating

Little bit of progress, Now with walking anims!
I just felt that this mod was lazy and unpolished, So I'm fixing that for (hopefully) this april 1st.

not sure what i'm gonna do with the 3D sprites, but they might be super sprites idk.

With a little help from the SRB2 Discord, Arle.PNG can now shoot fireballs!

Renamed the file to have PNG in it. just in case an Arle mod IS ever made.
