The audio file "DSOISUA2" seems to be missing or not properly imported in both versions, as it shows up as an empty marker. (This issue is also present on your version of Raffina)
Additionally, The JP Voice version can actually just be a WAD with just the sound files instead of a separate character file.
Audio-only WAD files can be loaded during a game session without issue.
It helps with avoiding unnecessary downloads should people want different voice options.
