Hot of the heels of Pengo, made in a sleep-depriving burst of motivation, I present you with the orbular peace-keeping robot, Vectorman.
With a value of 7 for both weight and speed, Vectorman controls a bit sluggish, but compensates for that with very good top speed and drift-boosting power, in addition to being less vulnerable to bounceback from other drivers on the track.
His voices were ripped straight from Vectorman 2, which has a lot more voice clips than one would normally expect from a Sega Genesis / Megadrive game.
