Everyone's favorite raven from Touhou got bored simply working about in the Hell of Blazing Fires, and decided to grab a kart and get racing! Is it Nuclear powered? No one knows.

She now also comes with a 3D model, provided by Tiniest Turtles!

Akin to her appearance in Touhou 12.3: Hisoutensoku, Okuu here can smash her foes with weighty attacks, and boasts an impressive top speed- but takes a bit of effort to get there, with her stat block of Speed 8 - Weight 7.

Update time!

Utsuho now comes with a really cute MD3 model, provided by TinestTurtles! It's also detailed and close to her original look- fun fact, the inner side of her cape shows the very same galaxy pattern she sported in Touhou 12.3, a really cool detail~!

Saturn Ross updated Utsuho Reiuji nukes the competition! (Touhou Project) [MD3 Now Available!] with a new update entry:

1.1: Minor Fixes

First off, added an icon (Being Okuu's signpost!), and fixed the text size in credits as those broke in the board move.
Secondly, fixed Okuu's shaking right turn frame, as it had stray pixels at the bottom. I totally missed this for ages, whoops!
Lastly, included new files for Dynamic Music, with victory themes, invincibility and grow themes, and 3 themes I use for SPB Run! The included tracks are as follows:
