Any re-release of the rebound dash would have to go through @Krabs as he made the original.
We'll see. I won't worry about it myself until mrce is finished, but I do intend to release what I can of the unique base game modifications at that time.

So like, can the download of Beta MRCE be moved to another site that's not Discord? Ever since early January, they changed it so that people are no longer allowed to host files on Discord and remain valid to use on external websites for longer than a day (and with no authentication URL too).
Something like MEGA (or some other viable mirror) would work perfectly, as the current URL no longer functions properly.
The project itself is hosted on its own GitLab repository from which you can always download the latest version by downloading the whole repository and running a small batch file that builds the .pk3 for you.
For some reason now playing the latest devbuilds, Mario moves incredibly sluggish when this mappack is loaded. I saw you reimplemented a lot of the old LUA but I feel one of your momentum mods is screwing with his acceleration: He can barely cover any ground anymore.

Yeah, apparently, their interaction with the momentum is supposedly so broken that it was disabled entirely. I reported this on the Discord, and that's what someone said. They didn't know for sure, though.
Hopefully something is done about this on either SMS Alfredo's side (the one responsible for the Super Mario Bros.), or Team Prismatic's side.

Character animation support implemented for peel speed, characters can switch to a dash animation when reaching high speeds. Currently only used by Sonic
Player acceleration while super nerfed

MFZ Chilla behavior revamped, now slides at the player much more quickly while emitting freezing gas that quickly (rather than instantly) freezes the player
MFZ wind is cold now and can make avoiding being frozen more difficult, it will extend the time it takes to warm up from nearly being frozen by a chilla.
Both will now trigger screen freeze like freezing water would
Player will also shiver when cold
Resprited the Chaos Emeralds with new visuals, sprites change between main quest and lockon, to appear more closely as their vanilla selves in vanilla stages
Titlecard graphics polished
wip hud redesign, starting with life counter

Known issues include: SPZ2 teleporters do not work in netgames, level is still completable without, but not as all characters Mario Bros run super slow on the ground even when disabling momentum, not sure of cause yet
Bad textures, weird collision, missing sectors, etc in TVZ2 and RSK
Sonic's peelout animation uses bad estimation and may kick in early depending on what direction you move in

I really like the hud for mrce But is there a way to make the hud a file for those who want it outside mrce Or does it already exist (EDIT) No i'm not talking about the old one

Oh ok i guess i can just walk though walls now (This is a bug) i even tried it on 0.6 A5
