Reverted the nerfs and added the faceplant sprite for crossmomentum

Capped air speed on dash mode so Taz can't get that crazy speed on the air, also now you can't enter/exit dash mode on the air, it makes more sense now
Changed acceleration from 40 to 36
Accelstart from 100 to 96
That made him a bit underwhelming, also now is more challening to play

Press spin while doing a twinspin (airnado) to do a weak thok
It's weak intentionally to not depend on it to gain speed (this will slow you down at high speed), also this makes it more situational
You can do this multiple times like the twinspin but this has a second of delay between uses
