[Open Assets] Tangle the Lemur

A .wad that adds Tangle from the IDW Sonic comics as a playable character in SRB2Kart! This is my first time ever doing any type of game mod on this scale, so I hope you like it!

She's focused on acceleration and handling, but she's a bit faster and better at charging drifts than Tails. Her stats are 3:3.
