Galacticen submitted a new resource:

SRB2Kart-Galaxy - A compiled build with qol features similar to Moe Mansion

SRB2Kart-Galaxy A Moe-Mansion like Build for people that are missing some of its features
Since 1.6 came out and there was no Moe Mansion or Moe Mansion like build at this moment, I decided to make one myself and merge most of the stuff I could from other branches that Moe had to 1.6, the current features are listed here, for convivence.

I can't download the SRB2Kart-Galaxy Custom Build, It failed and it contains a virus.
 
It's safe, it just triggers a false positive due to the window shaking it has within Galaxy/Moe
 
Can confirm as well that its a false positive with what galactice mentioned so you should be fine downloading it.
 
Thanks for the build but I'll bite the bullet and ask the question.
Do you plan to do more updates, make new builds as updates roll, or just leave it at that?
 
I do plan to make updates for it whenever bugs or I get enough features for it to make an updated version but that's about it. as of late there hasn't been anything to my note to do an update

I didn't have the same problem when I downloaded the build and launched it myself. Maybe try redownloading it?

It's nice to have an alternative to Moe Mansion until it gets updated! Hopefully this gets more attention.

Planning on doing another update next month since I found an issue or two here and there lmao
 
Alright, well if you choose not to do this suggestion i completely understand, but here is the suggestion in question
Sprite tilting for the characters, like how models do on drifting, for example like on Daytona Raceway, i heard it can be possible with custom exe mods. And yours is my favorite so i thought it would be a neat inclusion. No pressure though mate!

I'll try looking for a branch but if I remember correctly it isn't vanilla compatible like moe mansion and this current build of the game

One thing i remember hearing in the modding discord, is that models are hardcoded to tilt on slopes, maybe theres something you can look into there?
 
Galacticen updated SRB2Kart-Galaxy with a new update entry:

v1.2

Updated with the latest merges from the Kart-Krew Public-Repo, including changes like
-Better Split-screen sound with the Sound Refactor backport
-Increased range of anti-grief cvar
-Prevent multiple nodes fopen-ing the same file fixing a crash that would occur with the direct downloader
when multiple players try to receive the same file simultaneously.
