update 500, started working on dsz

basing it on jungle joyride, so no underwater parts sorry guys but im just not into underwater levels

my excuse would be that the water pressure became too much that the structures in deep sea got destroyed, only ruins of it left can be seen scattered throughout sonic's path across the sea...

Looking pretty good, but I feel like the CEZ textures could be replaced. Maybe with more ruins or some different, more dead-looking textures
 
heya, sorry for the more dry updates recently--final exams, then practices for graduation is pretty close so im a lot more busy at the moment. i did manage to work on dsz a bit though so here you go.

new sections of course
applied colormap
decided to start doing layouts before design first--so when i have ideas/motivation/time to do development, i can focus on actual gameplay, and when i don't have ideas or motivation while still having time, i can do the environment

update 505....if it's a seven hour flight or a forty-five minute drive, in my imagination, you're waitin' lyin' on your side

thanks to @Angelo0290, we now have generations' Ready, Go! prompt at the start instead of the MegaMan, finally. Still missing the cloud texture behind the text and the random shapes but that'll be added later.

smoothened the rails
added accelerator guns as placeholder for four-way cannon

one must wonder if my composers are still there...it feels rude if i just disband them since nothings happening.

2:30 minutes (upper paths, lowest is roughly 3 minutes)

btw, average length of levels (gfz and erz being an exception) will be 2:30 minutes

i think i deserve to drink a can of coke after this, just to refresh. ill be back mapping in two days or something.
