Introducing Raboot from Pokemon's Galar Region!

This edgy rabbit will (hopefully) work their way into your heart as they did mine. Clocking in at an 8 speed and 3 weight, this character is fast, light, and agile.

I like this addon a lot, it looks pretty good, just a little problem, the invencibility sfx is very loud and sounds kinda bad, hope it gets fixed soon.
