This puppet cat wants to have some fun (and a break from Puyo), so why not karting?
Voice clips are from Puyo Pop Fever.
EDIT 1/20: Changed file format to pk3, and changed the names of the sounds... I assumed that the sounds had generic names when I was referencing MotorRoach's Toei Sonic to know how to set up my wad (so Popoi's sounds would have conflicted with Toei Sonic, whoops).
