He's back again, the young pup on the block, taking every race track one by one!
PaRappa Rappa, the rapping dog that is likely too young to have a driver's license yet has one anyway, steps on the gas in the race, and he's got more than rapping skills to take his opponents on.
I based it mostly on the anime's design (including icons and signpost), making him flat would be hilarious but ridiculous.
Most voice clips were taken from Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, excluding three that were taking from PaRappa the Rapper 1 and 2.
Many thanks to ZiMEEMga Loudbavaran for pointing out a mistake in one of the drifting frames, which I just released a bit of an update to fix that.
