You know, I find it strange that this doesn't say anything about the OLDC's 20th anniversary, unless I'm wrong because I haven't played the pack yet as of this message.

Uh, the level warp spots in all areas of the hub are broken. I don't know if it's just me but I cannot play any of the levels because of the warp pads.

SeventhSentinel updated Official Level Design Collab 2023: Round 1 with a new update entry:

Cybergrind hotfix & small fixes

- Removed multiplayer support for Cybergrind, it was causing softlocks in netgames.
- Moved a hub emblem (It's more fun now)
- Removed visual errors in Scarlet Canyon & Confined Ravine
- Fixed Confined Ravine lua
- Fixed sprite offsets of some objects
