There's a thing called portforward I think.
Basically I have no idea how to use it but one of the mods explained it I at least that's what i can remember.

i only know a few steps but you go to your cmd type ipconfig and copy and paste it to your search bar log into your router and make a serverhope this helped

In order to host a server, you first need to log into your router and tell it to forward UDP port 5029 to your device. https://www.jameds.org/portforward/
