Now I know what you're thinking: "What the heck is a DOB anyways?"
To put it short, DOB (Date of Birth) was a four-man Japanese band that went defunct in early 2000. A year before their downfall, they teamed up with Hudson Soft to produce "Planet DOB" for the Playstation- starring their mascot and the focus of this particular file.

DOB brings with him a 5-speed 3-weight kit with asymmetrical sprites and shiny white tires (It's not much of a feature, just an aesthetic choice I thought looked cool).
