[Open Assets] Beat (SJB version)

For the longest time I've had concerns for the quality of a certain racer from Kart's Bonuschars for looking out of place compared to the other racers in the pack. So one day I decided to remake him from scratch in an attempt to fix him up, and this is the result.

This is Beat as you remember him- same stats, same voice lines; except he has been given a complete makeover and has all new sprites done from scratch. Other than that he plays pretty much identically to bonuschars Beat.

This is really good. No offense to whoever made the original Beat, but in my opinion the sprites really do not measure up to the standard of quality of anything else in bonuschars.
