If you've ever missed Tails's older design from the cartoons, with the tanned fur, do I have the PK3 for you.
As is often the case with clone characters, DiC Tails's stats are identical to his canon counterpart, with 2 speed and 2 weight, you'll get a lightweight character with great handling that can hug tight turns with ease, and great acceleration that can bounce back from disaster quickly, but with a sub-standard top speed, and weak driftboosting ability.
For visual results closest to the colors depicted in-show, use the color Bronze.
The audio clips were pulled from various episodes of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, where Tails was voiced by Christopher Welch.
This character has been complete for a while, but I delayed it's release until KamiJojo's DiC Sonic (as seen here, and as part of the C4 Character Pack) became available to the public, as it felt weird to have this character released BEFORE their Sonic counterpart.
