their options with commands 😭

But I think that needs to be its own boss battle and/or level pack or something. This is more like a challenge modifier, similar to Snick's Challenge or Lap 3 or 4 mods in Pizza Tower; to my knowledge, no one is seriously attempting to beat up Pizzaface before his final boss encounter. At least with X, you have a chance to get away if he does manage to catch you. lol

if its goin with the mappack idea, maybe the mappack could use this addon to have 2011x to chase you through the mappack, and then it turns into a bossfight stage. Isn't this addon entirely compatible with that kind of idea too?

If so, i'd happily code for that no doubt. just a certain exe_forcespawn moment here and there.

Ngl I use the option still even without the script so that way I can just take a minute to breathe. :D

nah we wanna work hard for it also HOW DO I USE COMMANDS IN THE GAME WHEN I PRESS` IT DOESNT OPEN THE COMMAND MENU THING also the mod is cool

you use commands by opening the console (usually by pressing tilde or the ` key next to the 1)
then you just type in the command in the green bar!

Also np im glad :D
 
I have had the idea of making a map pack centered around 2011X, actually! I like the idea of switching between slow-paced atmospheric sections where X can't get to you and fast-paced chase sections where it's on you the whole time.

Unfortunately, a coder is about the last thing I need. I can handle that aspect myself. It's the level design I would need help with if I did decide to do that.

...It is based on the File Select, though? The background clouds are the same, the sounds are the same, the text is even white and yellow like the SONIC 2011 file select. Other than making custom title graphics for the menu headings, which I admittedly probably should have done from the start, I'm not sure how much clearer I could have made that.

i actually didnt have a keybind for the console i just figured that out today lol also is there a command to revive x or disable him dying?

i'd tried the exe_forcespawn code and it did not work for some reason.
