Hello, it is me once again. Now that I've found a bit more motivation, I shall now begin progress on my final character for vanilla SRB2! This time it's my own OC, Voidy. If you're familiar with the Kart version of my character pack, then you've probably already seen her. And like I said there, she's basically a walking black hole - but she's also supposed to be my real internet mascot. What was originally a plain ol' succubus born in space is now a universal menace with a muscle-brained agenda! Of course I do intend to integrate her into a story later down the line, but for now, I'll be getting this version done first since she'll also be my most complex character in terms of the gameplay style I have planned for her. That being said, enjoy the progress!
1/10/2024 - First 2 stand angles done. Like with Ember, her idle is animated. Speaking of which, Voidy was originally planned to use Ember's artstyle. But after figuring out how much easier it was to compare Voidy's intended height to FL Chan's height, I may end up just respriting Ember later on to fit in with the artstyle that the others have.

1/15/2024 - A2 and B2 of waiting animation done. One of many of her animations that will be asymmetrical.
1/19/2024 - Finally finished all angles of the waiting animation. (Gif uploader doesn't work again, so check it out in my thread.)
1/28/2024 - Finally got a base for the walking animation. As you can probably tell, I'm intending to go for the "Confident Female" walk.
1/31/2024 - Got some more of the walking animation done. If I'm lucky, it'll be finished by tomorrow.
2/3/2024 - Finally finished the walking animation. It's... surprisingly smoother than I was expecting.
2/5/2023 - Sign sprite and XTRAA0 done. There's a reason why both her claws are part of the sprite.
2/8/2024 - Transform animation done. Like with Ember, it'll be different for her Super Form.
2/12/2024 - Did all of the A2s (and by proxy, the A8s) of the running animation. Luckily, I won't have to do as many sprites as the walking animation.
2/17/2024 - Completed both A3s and A4s. All I have left is front and back sprites.
2/18/2024 - All Run sprites are now done!
2/23/2024 - Did all of the Edge sprites and (technically) redid the Character Select picture.
2/28/2024 - Hurt sprites are done. I'll probably just start going in order until all the basic sprites are done.
3/7/2024 - A frames of the Roll animation done (and by proxy, the C frames as well). If I can get the B/D frames done tomorrow, then that'll be one of the hardest parts out of the way.
3/8/2024 - Roll animation done. Her primary ability is mostly coded, hence why I show it off here. Pressing spin while landing will let her go into her spin form so that she can fit into Spin Gaps.
3/11/2024 - Jump animation done. It may or may not be inspired by Shadow's spring animation. And speaking of which, making this first means that I already have a good base for it.
3/12/2024 - Spring frames done.
3/13/2024 - Fall animation is done.
3/14/2024 - Gasp and 1-Up sprites done. I figured that the Pain sprites were a good enough base since I mainly just wanted the expression.
3/18/2024 - Ride sprites done. I was originally gonna have her hang upside down like a bat, but she's supposed to be more dragon-like in appearance (in case if it wasn't obvious enough), so it wouldn't really make any sense.
3/19/2024 - Death and Drown sprites done.
3/20/2024 - Continue sprite and Icon done. The icon was originally gonna be a Void Wisp, but I decided to try my hand at the traditional chibi icon.
3/21/2024 - All basic sprites are done! Once I get to the sprites involving her abilities, I'll be making a separate post within this thread for both convenience and to show new people how much progress has been made.
