Is it possible to complete Prismatic Angel act 2 as Knuckles? Unless I'm missing something big, there doesn't seem to be any way to complete the wind shield section with him.
it is possible, but not in the way you may think. The level was designed for Sonic alone, so some characters may find difficulties that were not intended. Blame Mystic for being bad at level design ig.
I'd like to ask something, though I apologize if this was brought to you guys' attention already and/or is already being worked on. Maybe I missed something I could do as-is in the level as well.
When it comes to the mod's completion as it stands, Fang is the only character that cannot get the Fire Crystal in Flame Rift Act 1, as he cannot break walls like the others can.
I'm playing on the currently-released version (not Indev) which is 0.3, so I was wondering if there was something that could be addressed there? Such as placing a breakable floor above that cliff as an alternate entrance?
And while I'm at it, I'd like to mention that Fang can get the Water Crystal in Sunken Plant Act 1, but can't exit the area properly due to the same issue. It's less... problematic, I think? Because you can go back the way you came mostly just fine but it's not ideal, I'd imagine.

Feedback aside, I like how this mod is progressing! Definitely looking forward to what changes will be done to levels like Vulcan Forge Zone, Midnight Freeze Act 2 and especially Silver Cavern Zone regardless of how long it'll take

The pack is completely reusable, so all's fine! Just keep in mind there's a reason I haven't released it myself yet despite intending to: it's currently still unfinished and buggy.
