Make Atom dash go up and go you fly
dashmode can only be obtained in air and boosts mainly your vertical momentum and shit
and you can spindash in air to go up

I'm pretty sure this isn't dead. Cosmic needs time before he gives any more progress stuff. Be a little patient.

Maybe have alt tails have a peel out but with his tails and that the dash mode doesn't slow down when going to flight mode and depending on how fast you are the faster you go up or whatever directions you're going.
