damn armageddon shields turning people into rockets

* Fixed Armageddon Shield constantly activating in midair and destroying itself if your controls were set to Strafe mode.
- Nerfed the Elemental Bounce a bit.
- Heavily Nerfed the Elemental Bounce underwater.
