Super Whenever v2.2

pretty dang awesome mod
and apparently fang and amy have super forms so thats pretty coolio

while flying as marine's normal form, transforming spams the hell out of the sol emerald animation and lags severely / blaze and marine can use super without having a super form so they're both able to get hit
