Added rawset MP_MatchSuper, purely so other mods can tell when it's loaded
Added new command: MP_PowerstoneTimer
This value lets the host/admins specifically set how long the Super limit lasts for (Running out of rings still bypasses the timer)
The cvar can be set to 0, which disables the mod entierly
The cvar can be set to -1, which limits players to their ring count and ignores timer checks

A new command, MP_Powerstone_Sol, lets you swap between Sol and Super formes if your current character has both possible choices
Listen. I've patched this as much as I can - The furthest I got is making so Sol characters can't use Sol Emeralds whenever they feel like it in game - But at the cost of getting sfx_fail and the Thokked flag, and, dropping like a brick. I've tried my best
A new hud element above the life counter shows all Super/Sol Players.
The bar represents how long they have left - whether they'll run out of rings or the timer will expire.
The name colour and outer bar colour is depending on forme - Yellow for Super and Magenta for Sol.
Inner bar colour based on skincolor

Powerstones in use will:
Max ammo
Reduce reload to 10 if you somehow burn all your ammo in a single throw
Reduce cooldown to 0
Weapondelay is now reduced to 10 if over, rather than set a constant 0
The server now uses csay via command when a player detransformes via timer
Note: the exception is if a Sol player runs out of rings (They will still dissapear off the HUD)
