the seizures do not affect me, hard to play but probably beatable, slow as hell, srb2ware changes its pallate, overall, its a GET YOUR FACE READY/10

this is the best mod ever, it literally is like sonic adventure 7 for the very unique and amazing gameboy color/normal gameboy and i hope you guys enjoy it

7/8, jokes aside i played this in a netgame and its actually kind of fun. adds challenge that was missing in some of the 2.2 campaign and returns the difficulty of srb2 to the legendary pre 2.2 status of "what the fuck oh god oh fuck oh god i fell in the water i am shock now". one issue i did have though is the metal sonic boss being way too fucking hard to beat, even if you got godlike rng on the time it takes to move after landing and not ever getting stopped once i was only able to get to literally less than a meter away from actually beating it before dying to the count down, and this is assuming you get optimal rng and a really good run, which i had to use x0.5 speed with cheat engine and slade to modify the random number ranges to be only the lowest number in the original range. other than that and the super annoying run across the beam you have to do to beat acz1, its genuinely kind of fun. still better than mystic realm.

for what it's trying to be, it's the best of it's class
it emulates that "crappy bootleg" feel quite well, and the momentum physics feel quite crappy
although, it would be very appreciated if this got options to turn on and off specific features (such as the worst but also probably the most necessary part, the palette change)

excelent soundtrack, great visuals, mental gameplay, this mod deserves to be kept in a museum for the greatest amount of crust i've ever seen, it's simple yet unique.
