[Open Assets] SRB2 but every time Knuckles gets hit, he says 'Oh No' v3.1

YET ANOTHER UPDATE:

- Added support for even more versions of Knuckles on the MB! (Save for Conklers the Enchilada.)
- Specific act clear jingle for said versions of Knuckles! It's basically the end of Unknown from M.E. (SA1 version). You can turn it off with the "characterjingles on/off" command if you'd like.
- The v1 thing that only contains the function for Vanilla Knuckles and lacks the jingle is now rechristened into the lite version.

Nothing much. I've just fixed the overview section with a download button and a new icon.
