[Open Assets] Shifty The Shapeshifting Blob 1.0.2

Hey everyone! I made a new update for my mod!

The only thing this update really changes is that Shifty's outline color has been changed to be more consistent with the artstyle it is trying to replicate(except for the select icons and signpost, to prevent the new outline color from blending in with the background.), other than that tho, everything else is still pretty much the same.
