Shifty v1.0.2 - First patch for my first mod! :)

Hey everyone! I made a new update for my mod!

The only thing is update really changes is that Shifty's outline color has been changed to be more consistent with the artstyle it is trying to replicate(except for the select icons and signpost, to prevent the new outline color from blending in with the background.), other than that tho, everything else is still pretty much the same.

Announcement: This mod will no longer recieve updates

Hello, this is the creator of the mod(AugustTheNinja).

As of me making this post, the Shifty mod for SRB2K will no longer be updated. I have pretty much moved on completely from SRB2K and currently focusing on something(s) much more important.

This is NOT me releasing a new version, it is to let everyone know that I am moving on from this to focus more on some things more important, serious, and engaging.
