[Open Assets] Rocky Mountain Zone Act 1 (This is my first ever level, READ THE DESCRIPTION) 1.0

This is a nice first level! I think you should make the full zone, the idea of a castle in the mountains is pretty cool!

Though there are some things you could improve.

First, the cramping of the level. It's kinda of a small area, and it could be a little better if it was bigger.

Second, when you complete the level, the game crashes. I'm not sure if it's my computer or in the SOC. (Did you add the NextLevel block? You can make the level TITLE to return to the title screen.)

The lack of it in the level select is kinda disappointing, as you can easily use the "LevelSelect = 1" block in the SOC.

Still, I know this map has potential, and I hope to see more of this in the future!

It is clear that you are just starting out, so I will go easy.

The main thing I noticed is that the Star Post placement is a bit overdone, there are several in what is a short level with the first one just feet from the start. I think the average player can be trusted to go a bit farther at the least before losing a life.

Other than that, there is not much to look at right now. There are a lot of enemies from the Castle Eggman set so it would be a good idea to make future levels or new versions of this one engaging enough to not rely on enemy spam.

Keep working on it, it can turn into something great.
