Welcome to releases.! Though, honestly tying it to ring count and making you explode in momentum if it goes above 100 feels less like a design choice and more like you didn't make the momentum effects cap at 100 and just kept it that way...

(Edited) Thanks for the advice I did some tweaking and fixed the insane speeds that happened at high ring values
