Paimentum - exponential momentum is totally fun to play with... right?

after learning how to finally do basic lua I made this
Paimentum is a funny lil momentum mod I guess sense it only messes with momentum but I digress.

In this Lua your momentum is added by its self making exponential and very hard to control, As a way to make it "playable" I've divided the added momentum... with the ring count, Essentially its a ring penalty, how original!

Cobaltn't updated Paimentum with a new update entry:

Customizeable division

after getting some feedback I added 3 new commands!
"setdivvalue" - you can now set the divisor value to a specific value! set to 0 to tie it to rings (default is 0)
"setringcap" - does what it says, sets the cap for ring tied division (default is 100)
'setmaxringdiv" - this one is hard to explain but its the division value when you have maximum rings. (default is 35)
