[Open Assets] NoClippy 1.1

I have been out of practice with Lua coding... and Kart in general. So, I feel like making these Open Assets couldn't hurt.

Minor or major, it's an update for sure.

• Added character hiding when NoClippy is enabled for yourself.
  • Doing noclippy ss will hide your character. noclippy ssoff will show your character again.
    • This disables the hacky workaround for speed pads, be careful.
  • noclippy 2 and noclippy 3 also will work for hiding/showing your character respectively.
  • Useful for taking screenshots if you also hide the rest of the HUD yourself!
• Fixed an oversight with hiding HUD elements, but not showing them afterwards when exiting noclip.
