Dio Brando from JJBA Phantom Blood has been added to the roster. Includes a normal version and a special lua version. Individuals included.

The lua gives Dio the ability to freeze people in their place for around 2 seconds based off his moveset in ASB. The freeze ability wont affect other Dio Brandos, it'll just be a normal bump whether it's from him or someone else touching him.

To note: Linebeck only has a gloat, being one of the songs from the game he's from, since he didn't have a voice to include. So everything but the gloat is silence.
