Hey, long time no see!
Sorry, I got burnt out on SRB2 for a while and ended up putting down work Blue for a bit.
Finally, here's Blue's 2.0 update. It adds a new move, Boost Slam, activated by hitting a wall while diving (or pressing Spin while diving), sending Blue straight down. It also improves his controls, his model, and fixes several bugs and issues.

V1.2.0 - A Slammin' Update
MAJOR CHANGES
- NEW MOVE: BOOST SLAM
While diving, press the spin button again to slam straight into the ground! Blue will also automatically Boost Slam if he hits a wall whilst Boost Diving.
- Boost Slide is now a hold input. Release it to Slide Jump.
- Due to the above changes, Blue's tutorial dialog has been slightly altered.
- You must now press jump AND spin at the same time to transform as Blue. This is to prevent the Super transformation from occurring when you attempt to dive with more than 50 rings and all emeralds.
- The music that plays in Blue's tutorial level now correctly loops.
- BlueVOEnabled now properly works and saves between sessions.

MINOR CHANGES
- Blue's model has received a nice facelift. Including his face.
- Blue's character description has been altered to suit his altered moveset.
- Blue now has a skidding animation.
- You can no longer hold the spin button to endlessly spam Blue's spin moves.
- Blue's Jet Boot Blast, specifically the horizontal version, now scales in speed when used while Super.
- The vertical version also no longer completely cuts Blue's horizontal momentum, only reducing it by 83%.
- A sliding sound effect plays while sliding.
- Blue's model is no longer mirrored, making his ever-so-slightly asymmetrical design line up with his in-game model.
- Other various tweaks to make Blue more fun to play and easier to control.
