[Open Assets] Instashield 7

• Can now be used alongside shields, but only if Shield is bound to a different button than Spin
• You may now collect rings and other goodies with the instashield's hitbox
• Thokking no longer prevents you from using the instashield
• Fixed rebounding off pushables when you shouldn't
• Fixed some monitor jank
• Changed to use pw_strong internally
• Fixed some other bugs idr

fixed control regression caused by overzealous pruning

i noticed this script is being used in characters pretty often
but it's 6 years old at this point so i rewrote most of it to take advantage of modern conveniences

changes:
-fixed inaccurate rebound (thanks player->speed)
-adjusted colorise flashing
-better optimisation
