Frontiers Sonic MORE EFFECTS!

This is nothing like Frontiers Sonic. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. There are some inconsistencies from how Sonic really is in Frontiers, such as having a thok instead of a double jump, and for some reason he has no boost until he has 50 rings. So, to make it more like Frontiers is to remove the thok, and make it a double jump. Sonic should be able to boost at all times, and he should get a power boost at 50 rings, it should be faster, but make sure it DOESN'T hurt enemies. While the drop dash is not completely accurate, it is better than it is in Sonic Frontiers.

Very good mod! I can genuinely see that you put some effort into this in terms of coding. The boost feels nice, the walljump is pretty much perfect, and the bounce is good. Solid 7.5/10 for me.

I think this mod is pretty cool. It's moveset is very distinct and I think if you're willing to adjust to some of the more unique gameplay decisions (like the boost not being invincible, or the wall jump being more pinball-like) it's quite a bit of fun! I think a lot of the flak it gets comes from it being designated Frontiers Sonic when it's really more of it's own thing, but I really enjoyed it

nothing too amazing, and if im being honest with you, this is more of a just sonic with some ability mods, not much than that actually, its really just sonic with extra abilities, not specifically frontiers, so that name is a little misleading...but its fine as a first character mod, i think

-The Boost just invalidates the Drop Dash. It's faster, indefinite, and you can just spin after it to get the same effect. There are slightly better boost luas out there.

-I feel like the Homing Twok could be replaced with a Double Jump that acts like a Homing Twok when an enemy is nearby. Ya know, because Sonic has a Double Jump in Frontiers.

-I feel like the Bounce should Bounce when holding the button. (side note I wish it had a sound effect)

-The moveset keybinds are kinda weird. I would have never known this character had a drop dash unless I read the description. I mean, it's not even mentioned on the Character Select screen. Changing the Drop Dash to the spin button would be preferable.

-Can't complain about the "Cross Slash". I mean, it works. (side note battle abilities being used in singleplayer is not a glitch)

Doesn't really feel like frontiers sonic but still pretty good

It's a cool sonic mod, it's (for the most part) balanced and it is fun to play
sadly i do have some complaints:
the bounce doesn't bounce if you hold down the key; and the bounce not gaining more height after bouncing no matter how high you bounced from it's kinda lame.
the dropdash is SUPER op
This one is more of a personal gripe but no new sprites? no cyloop? :C
overall it's pretty good, i liked the character a quite a bit and as always congrats on posting a mod!!

ill give you credit it may look like 3 stars but is a 3.5 stars keep up the good work

It's ok, I would say that it should be added: a better Boost with a better effect, the cyloop, the stomp that the third time you do in a row, produces a small wave of electricity on the ground (I recommend looking for A a reference image in frontiers or a video, and if we go to something further away, in the SRB2 workshop,you can find the classic sonic sprites with the modern walk

Not to hate, but this *really* warrants a one- or two-star review. The "boost" is a simple thrust script that BREAKS on ACZ's ropes! You can go an incredible distance straight through EVERYTHING, with absolutely no walls or barriers of any kind stopping you. Maybe find a way to disable it when in the pain or hang states? Somehow, this bug does not work when being picked up by Tails, so it seems there were at least some checks done...
