Previously known as "Dirk's Random Maps", ElementDriftways combines 6 stages based on Sonic Mania's Special Stages (one of which is in Map Hell), a remake of PWR Retro Maze more suited for racing, and a fully original track (as of v1.2)
The Mania maps are faithful recreations of their original counterparts, although some are clearly more suited for racing than others (SS6 is perhaps my favorite and the most chaotic one, too). The Retro Maze remake has some cute touches to it, like pacdots and unlockable shortcuts for the slower racers to catch up, and the newly original track is a chill, yet technical layout that benefits from a neatly done skybox that gives it a sense of natural grandness.
Overall, it's a neat pack that I hope gets more original tracks in the future, since there's a nice touch of quality in all ports, and Jade Coast may perhaps top them all, so it can only go upwards from here.
