Coto Character Pack - Arale joins the race! v3.1

It has been told to me that the pack was missing both 3d models and individual wads. I don't understand how I kept messing this up but this should be good now. You will find the mdls in the COTO folder inside the .pk3 with the individual characters.

Just a quick update, the individual pack has been updated to v3.1 because it was missing the mdls files in order to have the SEGA characters in 3D.

Hello everyone!

Joining the race today is Arale from Akira Toriyama's Dr. Slump, a great manga that came out just before Dragon Ball. You might also recognize her from many cameos she had in the Dragon Ball series and the Budokai games. Anyway, I hope you will enjoy racing as this little robot!
