Cobalt The Alienhog

Some people saw an old thread sent some time ago about this same character. I had time to do it for SRB2Kart, while the normal one is still in development.*
But, who is Cobalt?

Cobalt is an alien who has complete interaction of hedgehog, considering that he is half hedgehog and half alien. It was built to be a futuristic Sci-Fi living being, but because it is of our time, it does not make up for it to be from the future. He is one of the characters in the canceled The Dark Sci-Fi, and will be a playable character in The Cosmic Galaxy.

Updated to v2, featuring the current changes:

1. Fixed the minimap icon that had the wrong palette to the SRB2Kart itself.
2. Fixed the Cobalt voice clips, which in the previous version were very low.

*: Development for Cobalt's normal SRB2 version has been shutdown. Cobalt is now only for SRB2 Kart.
