Scratch & Grounder aren't in the base game, so get them from >>Emiliano's Jerk Collection.<<
The next racer comes from a gacha game I used to play: Ash, from Fire Emblem Heroes!
Enter Scream Tail from Pokemon Scarlet Version, styled in 8-bit as if she came from the older Pokemon games!
Roboegg deploys at the behest of its creator, Eggman! Never heard of it? Don't blame you, it only appears for a few seconds in Sonic the Fighters' intro cutscene.
Thanks, SinCama, for your Egg kart template which I used as the base for Captain Rescue, Roboegg, and Scream Tail: https://mb.srb2.org/addons/sin-camas-extra-drrr-kart-templates.7040/ The asymspin Tails template was used for Ash, that one I grabbed from the SRB2 Wiki.
Thanks also to the WildBrain Superheroes Youtube channel for uploading the episode from which I got Captain Rescue's voice clips.
