Wait isn't it technically 14 levels since the not only will the werehog take all 3 acts of dsz, cez, he can also be in SPPPPAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEE! In other words i mean Egg Rock Zone Act 1 to 3 and the final boss zones forcing you to have to play the final boss as the werehog.

I agree with you, there wasn't any reason for ban him, all i know for what he told me is he probabbly got banned for post a thread on he sorry about steal models and other things but after that there wasn't any real reason to ban him, probabbly he got strongbanned or something else.
Anyway, for whoever thinks the mod is being canceled, it is not being canceled, RetroAcid is still active on the modding group making sprites.
