Time Stop - TOKI WO TOMARE!

A simple script that allows for timestop!
To perform timestop, first gather 100 rings, then tap c1.
A little cutscene will be performed, and everything (and everyone) will be paused in place
This uh, doesn't support match for some reason, it'll error about some memory thing, I'd fix it but idk what the cause is.

I'm personally not a big fan of how loud the sound is, the brightness effect being too strong, and the sound file being an uncompressed MP3 that takes up 70.76kb of space (please export it as a quality 0 OGG in audacity).

Still, this is a funny addon!

A lot of QoL changes

Alrighty, first things first, I'll cover some minor bugs

1. Fixed the flashbang of a timestop there was
2. Lowered audio
3. Made the audio files smaller

K, so now we're done with that, lets talk about major changes

1. if you press C2 with atleast 50 rings in timestop, you can move for like, 3 seconds
2. Added a command that allows players to move in timestop if you so please (playertimestop)
3. Allowed for multi hitting bosses, it's not very good, but it does also...
