[Open Assets] Stat profiles

This is a simple script which adjusts stats based on a variety of selectable profiles. Use the "charstats" console variable to select your stats.

The options are as follows:

 vanilla - don't alter stats

 faster - increase top speed by 20%

 mach - increase top speed by 40% and thrustfactor by 1

 sonic, tails, knuckles, rosy, cream, shadow, silver - legacy character stats

 dash - identical to vanilla but enables dash mode

 robohood - character cannot walk

 what - experience srb2's questionable acceleration mechanics at their zenith

Note that these values are set when the player spawns. Changing the setting mid-map will require a respawn to take effect.

I dunno about "Shadow", but "What" basically makes the characters Z O O M
