man,for some reason,with uncapped AND the options to "on, capped" or "uncapped",the models still shrink,and i don't know why,what am i doing wrong?

I'm not sure if anyone is encountering the same issue, so i'll try my best to explain it:

For some reason,
It "freezes" at the STJR screen. Pressing enter makes the game unfreeze... but the screen is completely black. Same thing happened just yesterday uncapped 2.2.9. Yet prior to it, it worked perfectly fine. I think it's due to the video resolution, any kind of help would be appreciated.
