I think this is going on a great direction!

But, like GuyCentury3 said, making it a bit faster would fit more.

I also suggest changing the soundfont of the main melody. The tweaks to the orginal melody itself are great, but something about that Sax doesn’t fit a lot with Modern.

Also, the percussion! Feels like the bass drum should appear more (I can barely hear it) and the snare drum should be a little but more subtle - it’s too loud. Also, the fill is a bit overused and sounds a bit off - don’t know why.

I forgot, the guitar! I just think it sounds a bit raw compared to, let’s say, SRB2’s Guitar Soundfont. It gets even more noticeable on the solo.

this video has an ya know sonic gens style high speed music remix of act1-2 (both together) maybe take a little note and the song is not bad it just needs more energy⚡

This kinda sounds like a white-space theme for GFZ to me. (Maybe because white-space tracks in Shadow generations had guitar covers of the songs.)

gem, i think dubstep won't fit green flower, maybe just go for something similar to Green Hill Act 2 from Sonic Generations:worry:

Smoklyre. Are you planning on adding bosses plus challenges? (Challenges to get keys to access bosses?) Bosses such as Fang, Metal Sonic, and Brak Eggman. Before The final boss (Time Eater (Custom))?

hey ther, maybe move any posts to the wip thread

but thats stuck on maybe--at the moment i dont have someone to code that stuff in or help making sprites for modern reskins of the bosses and time eater

i dont really see why i should put challenge stages for now, so thats a no
 
Yo smoklyre are you planning on adding grand eggship and dark city zone those stages are being worked on after red volcano is finished I know you would have to design a classic stage but it would be cool:)

How the progress I would like to see the grind rails one also does classic sonic getting revamped map too or it's extended version of GF act 1-2 ???

From what smok said no, there won't be any changes to classic sonic stages, due to the 2d mode in srb2 being horrible. As for putting act 1-2 together I don't know.
