He use 2d sprites

But not original doom engine
A doom legacy (thanks NOT john carmack)

Not everyone likes when 3D game use 2D sprites

Else in doom legacy can было was models

But Custom models for doom looks... (original quake looks better)

Depends on some stuff. Am i using mods? What mods am i using? What mood am i in today? What life choices led me to such a place as the one i am in currently?

i like the 3D models and they have there own place in charm, but the 2D sprites are my thing and not all objects turn into 3D models like the rescued animals, so i just use 2D sprites. also every character has 2D sprites, but not all custom characters have 3D models so it just looks more consistent and less blocky to look at
