A nice extra feature could be if you could adjust how much the camera rolls compared to the character (ex: having a camera roll setting at 0.5 would make the camera roll half as much as the character). Then it would be easier to tell which way is up while still having a bit of camera roll.
Well, there is the Halfpipe Utilities mod, which basically gives back the classic 360° movement to the player in both 2D and 3D modes, in a Classic Sonic fangame that lacks 360° movement, despite being the best Sonic fangame besides Galactic and TT16-Bit. But that mod should be always paired with this one in case you're not using 3D models since, of course, true Classic Sonic rotates when on slopes and loops.
You somehow remembered me of a nice idea to make a custom Classic Sonic level using Halfpipe Utilities and this mod, but my PC is too weak for UZB and I won't do any levels now since I don't really want to do any game designing/programming today (also I run out of ideas).
